The central facility will supply energy to the hotel and the entire fifteen hectare site, creating new opportunities for companies and projects that choose to grow here.
The first company to connect to the new system will be Alsike Maskin which is already progressing quickly with the construction of its new large facility at Dragon Gate. The heating plant becomes a natural part of their establishment and demonstrates how essential sustainable infrastructure is for the businesses of the future.
